On behalf of the Egg Harbor Township Jr. Wrestling club, we would like to express our thanks to your company for the outstanding job you did during this years tournament. This was the 16th annual tournament and by far the best run ever, thanks to your services. We have typically ran all of our tournaments by hand, which accounts for hours and hours, with a dozen parent volunteers writing for long hours only to make mistakes. This year not only did your services free up all those volunteers but I can recall handing you the wrestling registrations around 1:30 pm the day before the tournament. At 3:30 you handed me the brackets and bout sheets, all numbered and ready to go for the morning session, AMAZING! I was further impressed by the speed and accuracy, you were able not only to make changes but to continue to update the results and post next round wrestlers without blinking an eye. By far this is the best thing to hit wrestling in a long time. I will never ever run a tournament by hand again. Adam, you have brought me renewed enthusiasm towards running a tournament again, and have reduced my stress. Our tournament will continue to grow in numbers and become the icon it once was in the Southern New Jersey region because of your services.

Below is a Response from the Wheeling Wrestling Tournament Director in Wheeling, West Virginia. Tournament Date -- January 21, 2007:

"I must admit that handing over the reigns of my tournament to Adam and A 'n' A Tournament Services was not easy and that I was a bit reluctant. However, eight hours and 650+ bouts later, I can remember thinking that I had probably not made a better decision about running a tournament in my life. In fact, at the conclusion of our tournament the first thing I did was to book Adam for the following year.

Adam had guaranteed me that he would run the entire tournament flawlessly, by himself none the less, and that I would be nothing but impressed. He listened to the manner in which I previously operated and offered up some suggestions as to how to make improvements based upon his services offerings. Each of his suggestions proved to be correct and the improvements were more than I had hoped for. In addition to being personally satisfied, I have since received numerous calls from other teams in attendance asking for his contact information.

A 'n' A Tournament Services we now consider you a partner. We hope to maintain a relationship with them long into the future and I would encourage any one running a quality wrestling tournament to do the same. This was the first year that I actually had time to coach and pay attention to the smaller details that make a tournament one to remember for the wrestlers, coaches, and attendees. Adam truly believes in what he is doing and proves that he and A 'n' A Tournament Services are best at what they do.

Adam,

Thank you for all of your hard work at our tournament this past weekend. Our organization was left at a point in which none of us had any experience in running a tournament. This was a seemingly ominous task to all involved. You handled everything professionally from the weigh-ins until tournament finish. Your calm demeanor and your ability to work through "special circumstances" allowed for a smooth running affair.

Your service brings a tremendous amount of value to the table when considering the overall experience of the organization's helpers and the tournament participants. Your computer expertise can allow for a lot of flexibility in tournament design and in terms of the organization's preparation; all of the bout sheets, brackets and seeding were handled with relative ease. I had been told by the folks who had previously handled these tasks that it had been an "all nighter" event when they did this manually.

We all wish you well with your business and we hope to have an opportunity to work with you again in the future.
